I have been a resident of crestmont apartments a little over a year. Within that year I have experienced many issues although everything has been getting better. I drove an hour to get here at 10am and was shown an apartment and got all the way through signing the application.

They are not fancy but they have the microwave over the stove and the fake granite like countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. Also despite the area being kind of shady looking, I have never had a problem with break-ins and neither have the neighbors in my building. I have even left my car unlocked a few times with valuable items inside without any problem.
They are not very professional in the way they address you and whatever situation you are having. However the office staff recently informed me that they are hiring all new maintenance staff. Its a good safe place to live until you can afford something fancier or in a better area.
