Last month, Carnival announced that they were testing new main dining room menus aboard the Carnival Dream. Today, they announced that the new menus will roll out fleetwide in a phased approach. As I recently announced, Carnival is finally rolling out new main dining room dinner menus fleet-wide this fall and has begun testing a first version of the new menus on the Dream. Here are the test menus currently available exclusively on the Dream. I’ll be posting the final, fleet-wide version of the menus as soon as I receive them. The cruise line’s popular Seaday Brunch main dining menu also remains unchanged. It includes fun dishes such as huevos rancheros, steak and eggs, fried chicken and waffles, skillet-cake, flamin’ tomato soup, the brunch burger, and mac and cheese. At the time of writing, Carnival’s breakfast dining room menu remains the same. Breakfast options continue to include things like eggs benedict, vanilla French toast, omelets, a breakfast bowl, pancakes, a smoked salmon bagel, waffles, and oatmeal. They also offer a port day express breakfast consisting of eggs, bacon, sausage, bread/pastries, and orange juice — designed to get guests in and out and on their way quickly. The menus will be rolled out fleetwide based on the schedule detailed in this article. Like before, the new menus will rotate out each day. However, Sodamin truly shines with his latest venture, Rudi's Seagrill on Carnival Cruise Line's Excel Class ships, which are the newest in the fleet.
This venue serves as an alternative to the Main Restaurant on Celebration, Jubilee, and Mardi Gras and is included in the cruise fare. This omelette station is available on all Carnival ships at breakfast at the Lido Marketplace buffet. Cucina del Capitano is available on the Mardi Gras, Celebration, and Jubilee. Blue Iguana Cantina is available on all Carnival ships except the Splendor (see note about the Venezia below). The fleet will transition to the new menu throughout the rest of the year.

Carnival Dream was at the forefront of a recent wave of amazingly innovative and fun Carnival ships.
